A dream of island…why? Simply because Nika is a dream for those who dare to dream. Nika Island Resort is the only island in Maldives where you will find private beach in each bungalow. It’s the ideal place for complete relax with just 37 villas: 13 Sunset Villas and 13 Garden Villas, 1 Sultan Suite and 10 Water Villas, on an island surrounded by a wonderful house reef, dense and luxurious vegetation and very friendly staff who makes you feel at home. Nika Island is sold on full board basis, with mineral water and soft drinks included during meals. Italian, international and ethnic cuisine is served buffet-style at lunch and “a la carte” at dinner, with a selection of over 60 wines.
The coffee shop is located close to the main beach. Here you can enjoy music, happy hours, wonderful sunsets, board games and satellite TV. On request, the “Renewal of Vows” can be arranged for couples.
Nika Island is surrounded by some of the most wonderful dive sites in Ari Atoll. Every evening sunset fishing by boat is arranged. The Ayurvedic Massage Centre offers relaxing and refreshing treatments. Tennis court, badminton-court, volleyball and canoeing are free of charge.
Garden Villas are set on northern side of the island while Sunset Villas located on the southern side. The only difference between them is that Sunset villas give you easer access to the wonderful house reef. The spacious detached villas boast white sandy private beach and garden, each private beach is equipped with Jacuzzi, sun beds, deckchairs and outdoor shower. In 75 sq.m these villas provide separate living room, bedroom, bathroom with a garden and are all equipped with air-conditioning, overhead fans, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, safety box, hot and cold shower, bathrobes, beach towels, hairdryer, lounge chair, satellite TV, CD player and telephone.
The new Water Villas over the northern reef edge have a surface of 100 sq.m each of them comprises 3 separate areas: bedroom, living room and bathroom with wardrobe and same facilities as Garden and Sunset villas. The uniqueness of these Water Villas is in their 3 split levels. The first and lowest just kisses the sea; the second one is a deck with real sand and deckchairs while the third, 2mt above the sea.
The 120 sq.m Sultan Suite is ideal for families. It has two separate entrances, two double rooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with direct access to the private beach.
DIVING CENTRE:
ALBATROS TOP DIVING NIKA is a 5 Star PADI GOLD PALM RESORT diving centre. Well organized with international diving instructors and guides.
They offer: PADI diving courses of all levels, from bubble maker to dive master and PADI specialities courses. Equipment hire, daily diving excursions for certified divers, full day dives with 3 dives and lunch, night dives.
